Ingredients

1 pkg active dry yeast (one spoonful)
1 cup warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. oil
3 1/2 cups flour

For sauce:
1 cup of tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. oregano

Directions
In a large bowl mix yeast with warm water. Stir in sugar, salt, oil and enough flour that the dough becomes smooth and easy to handle.
Put dough on a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth (about five minutes). Cover and let rise in a warm place for at least 45 minutes.
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pan (I recommend a pizza stone) with cooking spray. Punch down dough, place on pan. Pull edges out past the pan. Put mozzarrella cheese with a little salt along the edges and roll edges in.
Mix all pizza sauce ingredients together. I typically taste the sauce to see if it needs a little more flavor. For Hawaiian Pizza (as pictured) I used different sauce (sorry, no recipe for that). Spread sauce over dough. Sprinkle as much cheese as you want on top with any ingredients you like on your pizza.
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let stand for five minutes when it comes out of the oven.
