

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
1/2 cup 6 Italian Cheese Blend
1/2 cup real Bacon pieces or bits (not the crunchy stuff)
3-6 red potatoes, quartered or smaller
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Mix dressing, cheese and bacon pieces in a large bowl. Add potatoes and toss lightly. Spoon into a lightly greased baking dish (13x9 recommended as you want a thin layer of potatoes). Cover with foil. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. Let cool for a few minutes and then sprinkle with parsley.
